A-115 is a large purplish entity that starts to spawn at room 115. The entity has 9 eyes with different sizes and one large mouth with glowing white teeth. The entity has a bright purple glow that illuminates the ground near it. The entity also has the sounds of an unknown humming sound, but it isn't that far to hear. A-115 also has a similar chance of spawning as Rush from Doors, but it's only 2x rarer. The player's screen will start to shake, and it will slowly shake more and more as an early
