Makoto is a character in the movie, Bubble. While studying the Bubble Phenomenon in the restricted area surrounding Tokyo Tower, Makoto and the Blue Blazes come into contact with Uta, a girl with mysterious connections to the bubbles. She was born on March 28th. Makoto is first seen while overlooking the Blue Blaze's tournament against the other teams, and is shocked to see when Usagi nearly falls into a Rift.
