Outstare is an entity that can appear throughout Floor 2 and above, with a random chance of spawning in a room. Outstare will flicker the lights and shatter them as a warning of its arrival. While procceeding into the next room, Outstare will appear in the middle of the room. To escape it, players must shine any type of light at Outstare (such as, Lighters and Flashlights.) therefore quickly disappearing, and appearing anywhere on the screen. To locate it, players must hear for an exhaling or su
