A Los Angeles federal judge has ruled in favor of Pawtucket-based Hasbro in a copyright dispute over The Game of Life. The Providence Journal reported that the creation of the popular board game was a collective effort and that the copyright belongs to Hasbro. The widow of toy inventor Bill Markham said her husband created the game but another man, Reumeb Klamer received the credit. The lawsuit claimed Markham was left out of millions of dollars in royalties.
